Author, Speaker, Consultant & Coach...
I've lived through challenges, overcome obstacles, and learned that with God, strategy, and support you can create a life of business and purpose.
My mission is to help you move from where you are now to where you're meant to be.
My story isn't a straight line.
I've experienced seasons that tested me in ways I never expected. I've had to deal with painful disappointments, gut-wrenching loss, difficult relationships, deep poverty and financial challenges, major life changes, and moments when I had to figure out how to keep moving when I didn't have all the answers.
I've had to rebuild. I've had to make decisions when the choices weren't easy. I've had to learn how to keep believing, keep thinking, and keep moving forward when life didn't look anything like I thought it would.
So when I talk about resilience, purpose, rebuilding, leadership, or moving forward, I'm not speaking from a textbook. I'm speaking from life. I don't like like what I've been through.
My experiences didn't make me an expert on everything. They taught me something more valuable: how important it is to have the right perspective, the right tools, honest support, and a reason to keep going.
That's a large part of why I do what I do today.
I don't promise people that life will suddenly become easy. I help them figure out what to do when it isn't.
Over the years, that perspective became the foundation of my work as an author, speaker, consultant, coach, and program creator. I've worked with entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, organizations, and individuals facing their own crossroads.
Their circumstances may be different from mine, but I've noticed something we often have in common: we can get stuck trying to figure out how to move from where we are to where we want to be.
That's where my work begins.
Or, if you want it to sound more like a personal conviction:
Then your section could say:
I believe there is greatness in people—even when they can’t see it in themselves.
By God’s grace, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different walks of life, including those who have been overlooked, discouraged, misunderstood, or are simply trying to find their way forward.
I don’t believe a person’s circumstances, mistakes, or past should define their future. I see the greatness in people, believe in their potential, and help them discover what is possible for their lives.
I’ve been in rooms where people were skeptical, guarded, discouraged, or tired of hearing promises. I’ve learned that sometimes people need more than advice. They need someone willing to listen, believe in them, and stay in the conversation long enough for them to believe in themselves.
I don't do cookie-cutter coaching. I sit with you, I listen, and I help you figure out what's actually going on — then we build a real plan to move you forward.
Most of the people who come to me are carrying weight: executives, pastors, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, founders. People who lead, build, and influence — and who don't have a lot of room to fall apart or figure it out alone.
You are not a formula, and I'm not going to treat you like one. Coaching starts with me listening — really listening — to what's happening in your world before I offer a single strategy.
Maybe you're navigating a leadership mess. Maybe you're standing at a decision that feels too big. Maybe your organization is stuck, or you're in a transition and can't see past it, or you just need someone to help you think clearly about what's next. Wherever you are, we start there.
I coach online, so location isn't a barrier — wherever you are, I can meet you. I also offer limited in-person coaching at select locations for those who want it.
The format changes. The purpose doesn't: giving you a space to step away from the noise, think honestly, talk freely, and focus on what actually deserves your attention.
Insight is good. Insight that never turns into action is just an expensive thought.
I'll help you turn what you discover into something real — through reflection, goal setting, strategic thinking, and accountability that doesn't let you off the hook. We name what needs attention, weigh your options, and get clear on the next move. Not someday. Next.
I'm going to be honest with you, even when it's not the easy thing to say.
You'll get encouragement here — but you'll also get pushed. You'll get the hard question. You'll get someone willing to challenge how you're looking at a situation, because sometimes that's exactly what's missing.
You won't always hear what's comfortable. You'll hear what's useful. And you'll walk away with more clarity than you had walking in.
Most of my clients aren't just working on themselves. They're responsible for other people — teams, congregations, organizations, families, communities. That changes everything about the conversation.
Your decisions ripple out. They touch employees, clients, congregations, the people counting on you. There's usually something bigger than you attached to the work you're doing — and coaching gives you room to step back and look at that bigger picture: what you're building, why it matters, what's getting in the way, and what this next season is actually asking of you as a leader.
I coach from a strengths-based lens — resilience, possibility, what's already working in you, even when a lot isn't.
That doesn't mean pretending things are fine when they're not. It means I'm not going to let you overlook the strengths you already have. We use what's working to build momentum toward what isn't yet.
The goal: more confidence, more perspective, and a real ability to respond to whatever's in front of you — not just react to it.
I'm not interested in helping you check one box and calling it done.
I want you to leave this coaching relationship a stronger thinker, a sharper decision-maker, a better leader — someone equipped for whatever comes after our work together, not just what's in front of you right now.
Here's the truth: the goal isn't for you to need a coach forever. The goal is for you to become the kind of leader who doesn't have to.
Experience. More than 20 years working with people, businesses, nonprofits, leaders, and organizations.
Perspective. I see past the immediate fire to the bigger picture underneath it.
Honesty. I'll have the conversation that needs to happen, even when it's uncomfortable.
Strategy. Practical thinking that turns your ideas into action, not just talk.
Encouragement. A reminder that where you are today isn't where you have to stay.
Purpose. A real belief that what you're building — and who you're leading — matters.
